We endeavour to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, and will contact you if there are any unforeseen delays to this.

We are unable to offer collection as we do not have a trade counter and public access is restricted on our premises.

Shipping

Standard Economy Delivery (Royal Mail Second Class) - Estimated within 4-6 working days.

Please check at your local post office if you have not received the item within this time; be aware Royal Mail requires 15 working days before an item is considered lost.

Courier (UK Mail) – Estimated within 2 working days

Please contact us if you have not received your items within 4 workings cleared payment.

Economy International Postage (UK Mail) – Delivery time varies depending on location.

Returns

We offer 7 day money-back guarantee. Please ensure the following if you wish to return an unused item:

- You must notify us via email within 7 days of receipt.

- Please include your purchase invoice and reason for return.

- The item must be unused, in full undamaged packaging.

- All postage costs are covered by the buyer.

- Special order items, made to measure or bespoke are not eligible for return and refund if ordered in error or no longer required.

- Auction returns will be subject to a 10% handling fee.

- We recommend that items are returned via recorded delivery, Aquatix-2u will not accept responsibility for any return items lost in the post.

Warranty Returns

- UK postage refundable (within first 6 months only), returns from Europe are non-refundable.

- UK postage cost is only refundable under warranty if a fault is found under test. If no fault is found then a returns and handling charge will apply.

- Please note: Any item returned to Aquatix-2u Ltd that is unidentifiable, deemed not faulty (therefore requiring return postage) or requires parts/service charge that is not fulfilled by the purchaser within 3 months from date of arrival or from when latest advice given (whichever is the latest date) will be disposed of without further notice.
