Support and repair is how Apple Doctor got its name. And we are not of the "software-only" brand of so-called engineers, who cannot properly diagnose faults at the hardware level. We've been getting our hands dirty for a long time, and we hope you know what that means....Our years of experience in hardware repair is the greatest asset we can offer you.
The medical model of professional practice is very dear to our hearts. It means, ultimately, acting in the customers best interest, even if we lose a job. It means offering impartial advice, before the customer commits to a repair. And it means rigorous diagnostic procedures coupled with lots of free telephone advice before your Mac comes to us.
But we're still not expensive, indeed, some think we are too cheap. Our workshop labour rate remains at £30 per hour, and we will only charge a total of £30 if any repair is abandoned after we have done a diagnosis.
