Received items in a bag no packaging both item boxes Ripped in half slightly damaged to the rim of the suspension shocks, sent a few messages due to beginning delivered too the wrong house first and then the condition they arrived in, after the person they was delivered too dropped them off. NO COMMUNICATION IN RETURN WHATS SO EVERY....... SO I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM YOURSELVES AGAIN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND OTHER PEOPLE DO THE SAME, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good service all round - well known and respected brand at a very good price, sent out in a timely fashion and pretty securely packed. Only slight negatives, the can had a small ding, but no probs or losses as far as I can see, and Parcel Force tracking was as much of a work of fiction as ever!
