Payment and postage terms may vary on individual items always read listing.

We only get proof of Posting for insured items-non insured items no proof of Posting!!!!!!

Insurance terms:

You tell us the item has been damaged or is not working, and it was sold as working or not damaged, so that will be damaged in transit:

-We get in touch with Royal Mail they will either ask for photos if physical damage or for the item to be posted to them FREEPOST. You will have to either forward photos to us or item to Royal Mail. As soon as Royal Mail gives us Green light we fully refund your costs. Please note, If damaged in transit Royal Mail only refunds us for the item Price not for P&P, however we fully refund your costs, but only after Royal Mail have approved it. Process can take up to 2 weeks.

You tell us your Item has not been received, (Royal Mail requests 14 working days inland, 28 working days Overseas before an Item is considered non received),

-We call Royal Mail, they will ask us to wait for the amount of days above, we wait.... then we file a claim in case item still did not show up, Royal Mail starts their research into location of Item, then they come back to us, an take up to 3 weeks, they either find it and deliver it or they issue a FULL refund for a non delivered item lost in transit and give us green light to refund you. We fully refund you. But only after Royal Mail have approved it.  Process can take up to a few  months.

We will then in both cases file a non paying bid by mutual agreement so we can get our Ebays final fees refunded to us.  You will be required to agree to it.

We always Combine P&P, usually up to 25kg Maximum £15 UK mainland, or £25 British Islands or Highlands. (there is exceptions where the Item is oversized)

Overseas Varies:            

Europe £35 up to £10 kg,  

Rest of Europe/USA/Canada/Australia £65 Up to 10Kg,                  

Asia £85 Up to 10Kg,    

Americas (£120), Variable Up to 10Kg

Prices Up to 25kg also available, ask for a quote.

If by mistake you bought from us and do not have paypal, best option is to use a debit or credit card through one off payment with paypal.

If still that is not suitable for you,  bank transfer or a cash payment into our Barclays or Metro account, (details supplied upon request), can be arranged.

On a last resort: Postal orders, non crossed, non endorsed sent by 1st class recorded delivery or higher service, we do not accept liability for payments sent this way.  We seriously prefer you not to use it.

The above only applies to UK Users, Portuguese Users can Pay by MB into our Portuguese Bank Account. Worldwide users can only use paypal. We reserve the right to cancel any bids from overseas that tell us can not pay through paypal.

Unfortunately despite all the updates we requested from ebay, they do not seem to have changed that on our company details

*For all shopping above £100, if not paid with a confirmed account , Item will only be dispatched within seven working days of receiving payment. 

UK Shipping, Including British Islands and Highlands:

1st class- 1-3 working days non insured, (at buyers risk)

2nd Class-3-5 working days non insured, (at buyers risk)

1st or 2nd Class Signed for -Above lead times apply insured up to £36.00GBP

Special Delivery-next working day insured up to item value, (£500 Max), if higher value of insurance is required, it will be at buyers expense

Courier-2-5 days Services- we mostly use Hermes/TNT/UPS insured up to £20/£50.00GB, if higher value of insurance is required, it will be at buyers expense-COURIER to BRITISH ISLANDS or HIGHLANDS, is usually the double of the fee charged to mainland, wait for a revised Invoice

Collection in person-only where stated and no COD available, unless agreed with us in advance otherwise Item will have to be paid by paypal before collection. Usually available to Collect from Essex, Basildon SS15, we can also deliver within 25 miles at 40p pm return.

Overseas Shipping:

Airmail- 5-8 working days non insured, (at buyers risk)

Signed For-3-5 working days, Insured up to Item value, Trackable @ www.royalmail.co.uk 

Courier-5-8 days Service- we mostly use TNT/UPS insured up to £50.00GB, if higher value of insurance is required, it will be at buyers expense

Packaging:  We mostly used recycled materials, as we believe in helping to save the planet. Let us now if saving the Planet offends you,or is not suitable for your needs and we should use NEW PACKAGING 

Packages will always be marked Fragile, (where applicable) and will be packed according to fragility and time in transit. This includes Royal Mail or Courier Fees, Packing & Handling 

We have a cut off time  @ 09:30, if you pay before 09:30 it will be shipped that day if not a personalised or handmade Item, if after 09:30 it will be shipped the next day. We do not ship on weekends. Sometimes due to sickness or other inconveniences shipping can be delayed, we will let you know.

 

**General combined discounts-2nd item onwards, £0.50 discount on P&P or other wise stated on listing itself

 

 

Customer service & return policy  

*We accept all kinds of  returns, however on items that do not match the description in the original listing @ the time of listing/auction ending.  (we might 1st try to negotiate an acceptable partial refund).  If not successful in negotiating we will require the customer to send the item back to us by service stated at the time or discard of item depending on its value. We will cover all expenses.

*If Item is no good for the owner upon closer inspection. We will require the customer to send the item back to us within 14 days,(please contact us first.), The Item will have to be in the same condition as it reach the customer.  Customer Pays P&P, and Original P&P Charges will not be refunded

*When any Item its faulty, it will state on listing: NO REFUNDS-SOLD AS FAULTY

*When any Item its listed as not tested, it will state on listing:NOT TESTED-NO REFUNDS

*When any Item as a ? mark next to its description or title, (i.e. Bone?;1930's ?; Silver ?), its because we are not sure about that the item is as described and we are only using our best judgment.  If found not to be as described in those cases then: NO REFUNDS-SOLD AS DESCRIBED

The system is set to only leave FEEDBACK once customer has left positive FEEDBACK for us, so please don't Ask

If you leave us negative FEEDBACK without contacting us first, please rest assured that we will  leave you Negative FEEDBACK now in form of Comment left rather than negative rating.  if inadequate feedback is left we report it to ebay.

There is always a way to solve a problem, even after negative FEEDBACK as been left, we often agree to mutual removal if differences are solved, but better to solve them before jumping into silly ways.

We will Report  silent non payers, so get in toutch with us ASAP after end of auction, should you not be able to complete payment within 24 hours
