RETURNS - 7 day exchange policy

Warranty

·          If your item is faulty please return it for an exchange.

·          Before returning any item you must first request an RMA (Returned merchandise authorization) and a returns form.

·          All returns must be in original packing and condition with everything received from us including the returns form, invoice, user manual etc.

·          Please note that any items returned but incomplete (including the returns form) will remain unprocessed and will delay any refund or exchange

·          Once we receive the item it will pass through our inspection department to confirm the fault and CHECK serial numbers.  

·          REFUNDS - after item has been accepted
In the unlikely event that we cannot offer an exchange or repair we will issue a refund. This will be less delivery costs and our Ebay fees. If you decline an exchange or refund there will also be a 10% restocking fee and £10 administration fee deducted from any refund.

·          In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and postage cost is non refundable.

All Warranties are Return To Base

Otherwise our general warranty is:

·          A 7-Day Return To Base Warranty.

·          Faulty or untested equipment is sold 'as is' with no warranty and no return.

·          Laptop batteries are not tested and are excluded from the warranty,

Around 15% will need replacing – please keep this in mind when bidding.

 

DOA Warranty

·          These items have been tested and are guaranteed to be working when they arrive.

·          They may have a manufactures warranty, as these are often new items/customer returns.

·          We do not offer any other warranty/return and the items are priced accordingly.

·          Return To Base Warranty – means that the customer is responsible for all return cost.

 

 

Feedback

Non-Payment

General

·       We take our feedback very seriously and do attempt to resolve any problems on a timely basis.

·       We are proud to have one of the highest feedback ratings on Ebay (UK).

·       We operate a 7 day refund policy so that you can return any item that you are not happy with.

·       If you do have a problem with any item please contact us first to allow us the opportunity to rectify it. 

·       If you post negative feedback before we have responded to any problems raised it will invalidate your warranty – This is purely to ensure we have the opportunity to resolve any problems and prevent intimidation/abuse of the system.

 

  • By bidding you enter a binding contract to purchase the item. 
  • If any member does not pay after winning an auction or the item was purchased in error - we reserve the right to charge a £15 cancellation fee as a contribution to our costs.
  • DAY 3 - If payment has not been received then Ebay will automatically send a reminder after 3 days and
  • DAY 7 - Open an Unpaid Dispute after 7 days
  • DAY 9 - If you do not respond to the Unpaid Dispute within 2 days (9 days after the sale) we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and re-advertise the product.
  • DAY 16 - If payment or the cancellation fee is not received we will complete the unpaid process and Ebay will apply an unpaid strike.  We will only agree to remove this if we have received full payment for the item.

·       Please organise payment within 3 days from the end of the auction.

·       If you are having problems with payment methods please contact us and we will try and guide you through any problems.

·       The £15 cancellation charge is only a contribution towards the listing fees (ebay only refund the final value fee, not Feature costs, Scheduled times, additional pictures etc) and our administration costs – But we reserve the right to pursue payment for our full costs, and 3rd party costs, if we deem appropriate.
