Collection – is possible but limited
We do not store items at our Crawley Office; items are normally shipped direct from our supplier.
If you wish to collect from our Crawley Office there will be a £10 charge so that we can get the item to Crawley. We also need 24 hours notice.
We only accept cash payment (NOT PayPal) if collecting.
We are open for collections Offices between 10:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday.
Arranging your own courier
You are welcome to arrange your own courier if your items are paid via cheque, bank transfer or cash (NOT PayPal). There will be a packing and labour charge of £7 - £15 depending on the packaging used.
We do not sell items from our premises - items must first be purchased via EBay.
To save confusion –
UK Mainland DOES NOT INCLUDE: N. Ireland, IOW, IOM, CI, Scottish Islands, etc. For some reason the courier thinks these are offshore.
Spain – we can only ship to the Spanish mainland and not the islands (e.g. Malta, Canaries, etc)
Norway & Switzerland – We cannot send any item over 2Kg (this includes Laptops) because of problems with import duties and customs clearance.
