Please start the return address with RMA then insert your invoice number (e.g. RMA 31234).

And return your item to:

This will ensure your item is delivered to the correct department and prevent any delay.

 

Items dispatched in retail packaging must be returned in the same packaging. If you need to reseal the item please ensure any tape does not damage the packaging.

 

If returning items over 2kg, parcel2go.com offer a cheap collection service costing around £7.99. Alternatively, the Post Office offer a cheap service – please ask for “Parcel Service”, which is £6.85 for up to 4KG.

 

Timescales – We shall try to process your item within 3 days but as our Technicians work on a call out basis it can sometimes take up to a week. Please do not think we are ignoring you during this time, as we will contact you as soon as your item has been processed.
