Returns Policy
We offer a return service and once you have signed for your goods, you have a cancellation period of 7 calendar days where you then need to contact our ebay store to cancel your transaction. Your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it and all return costs must be met by yourself.
If you wish to return an item under these conditions, you must arrange the carriage and the return of the item yourself.
Faulty Goods
All new goods purchased come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the manufacturer of the item. If an item is faulty when delivered or becomes faulty through normal use then the following actions should be taken:
- Contact the americangolf ebay store
- You will be advised by a team member
- Please do not return any item without prior authorisation by the americangolf ebay team.
Please note that this does not apply to pre-owned ,ex-demo or ex-display goods which are not sold as new goods and are purchased on a "bought as seen" basis. This is compliant with eBay trading regulations.
Any return agreed for faulty items is subject to receipt of the goods back at the americangolf eBay store and a subsequent inspection.
