The eBay store is based within a high security distribution centre and we regrettably cannot offer a customer collection facility for this reason.

Our normal working hours are 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 4pm Friday

Used or Pre-Owned items
Items that are listed as Used or Pre-Owned are not new or ex-demo goods.
They will clearly be stated as Used and a notional score out of 10 will be attributed to the listing by our eBay store manager. This notional score is subjective and is based on years of dealing with pre-owned goods and these are then priced accordingly. Occasionally pre-owned goods may have had elements of custom fitting, such as grip/lie or length adjustments. In some cases these are known and obvious and will be listed as such in the description. However some adjustments are not as obvious and unless the previous owner advises of any custom fit adjustments, we cannot guarantee to detect all of these changes.
