Call it old fashioned but we at Alterego believe that many of our customers prefer to talk to someone concerning their Fancy Dress ideas, details about costumes or accessories, shipping or returns. Customers can contact us by telephone to talk to one of our Customer Advisors who will be happy to give all the advice you need. If we are unable to take your call through busy periods please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we possibly can.

Customers may also contact us by e mail either directly to Alterego Fancy Dress or on Ebay via the listing clicking on the ‘Ask a Question’ tab. We aim to answer all mail enquries within 24hours but usually our response will before the end of the business day.
