Despatching your Order

Fancy Dress [products you wear]: We despatch 98% of our orders within 24-48 hours [working week Mon-Fri], although due to busy periods we can not guarantee this and to avoid disappointment please always allow 7 days for your order to be despatched. If you are not happy with these terms we very kindly ask that you do not purchase from us as we dont want to disappoint you

Party & Tableware [products you use at a party or decorate a room with]: We despatch 75% of our orders within 1-3 working days [working week Mon-Fri], although due to busy periods we can not guarantee this and to avoid disappointment please always allow 7 days for your order to be despatched. If you are not happy with these terms we very kindly ask that you do not purchase from us as we dont want to disappoint you
Not received your order within 5-7 day?

If you have not received your item within 7 working days it is likely that Royal Mail have attempted to deliver while you were out and it is being held at your local sorting office. We apologise on behalf of Royal Mail if they have not left a calling card under these circumstances

In this instance, before contacting us we do recommend contacting your local sorting office to see if it is being held there. A high percentage of our customers do find it this way

All of our items are posted either via Royal Mail Standard, International Signed For or Airsure (where available).

Please allow 3 to 10 days for your item to arrive.
General Delivery Information

We aim to post your item as early as possible after receipt of payment usually within 24 hours. Although always allow 7 days to avoid disappointment

Orders placed after 11am on Friday through to Sunday will not be posted until Monday.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday through to Sunday requesting the next day delivery service will not be delivered until the following Tuesday

Whilst we make every effort to post items promptly we can't be held responsible for failures or delays in the postal service

Unless otherwise advised we will ship your order to the Paypal registered address. If you require delivery to an alternative address you MUST confirm this in the 'message' section of paypal when making the payment. Failure to do this means we will send your order to your paypal address

We always send an email confirming despatch of your order.
Lost Post

Items are not classed as being lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days after dispatch

Refunds will not be given to customers for items that have not been delivered in time unless they have paid for a guaranteed service
