Item didn't arrive 10 days after dispatch yet the seller wasn't particularly helpful in addressing the situation. Asked if they would refund and they replied that "it isn't their fault" ???? Having to now open a case with eBay and wait even longer for the return of my money! Very disappointed with the actions of this seller.

This seller is appalling and has refused to take ANY responsibility for my purchase and has refused to refund my money. Thank goodness for eBay intervention who will remind this seller of eBay rules and retail rules. BUYER BEWARE. This seller thinks the rules don't apply to them!!

Completely untrue. This was sent by 2nd class signed for and Royal Mail did not deliver it in the time stated. The buyer was refunded but has decided to use this platform to be awful and unreasonable about it. Ebay has been contacted and will be removing this as it's a totally unfair and untrue statement. I am always honest with my buyers and do my very best to resolve issues as seen by my over 98% positive feedback.
