Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns on all unworn costumes and un-used accessories still in their original un-torn packaging.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on the following items:
Process of returns:

Please contact us through ebay messages confirming your reasoning for return

You will be issued an authorisation returns number

Please print off the email of authorisation sent to you by us and place this in the parcel

Can we kindly request that you do not return the item to us until an authorisation number has been given to you. This will allow for a prompt service from us once returned

Once returned your refund will be placed back in your paypal account. Please allow 7 days for this to show up in your account
Terms & Conditions for Returns:

All returns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt via Royal Mail 1st class recorded in a saleable condition in original packaging. This ensures visibility on both parts and includes insurance should this parcel get lost from Royal Mail.

We can not be held liable for lost items sent back by 1st class standard.

Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.

Postal refunds are not given for any unwanted items returned to us and return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.

Any returns with damaged packaging will NOT be refunded as these have to be resold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned in NEW, UNWORN, PACKAGED condition.

Failure to meet these terms may result in our sending the item back to you and not issuing any refund.
