Please email me prior to payment.All handmade items, please allow up to 3 working days for despatch (usually sooner).UK deliveries will be mailed by first class . For extra insurance recorded delivery is strongly recommended.Just stipulate this at the time of checkout. I cannot be held reponsable for non delivery of items. If item has not been delivered withing 5 working days, please contact your local post office, it may well be that the item is too large to fit through your mailbox.I will always email you the same day that I have despatched your item.This will give you an indication when it will arrive. For international insurance, please email me for a postage price. In the very rare circumstance that your item has not arrived. It will be up to you to make the claim.
