Delivery & Returns

All our items are FREE POSTAGE ** Goods are sent by 2nd Royal Mail, and some items are sent by My Hermes Courier Service. Most items take around 3-5 days to arrive, but please note that our listings state up to 5-7 working days. The majority of our parcels are delivered within 2 working days from when we despatch, we always aim to despatch all goods within 2 working days.

Orders outside of the UK and Ireland may take longer to be despatched and delivered, so please take this into account when ordering.ost?

Please note we do not send items to Malta & Italy
**All sale items are subject to a postage charge, but this is only a small amount due to sale items being sold at rock bottom prices.

Please also be advised that some delivery of parcels to business addresses can take longer, than parcels being sent to home addresses.
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
A signature may be required upon delivery, if your item is by courier or recorded delivery. If you are not at the address to sign for your parcel, couriers will attempt another two deliveries before returning the parcel to back to ourselves. Alternatively, if the courier feels its safe to do so, they may well leave the parcel in a secure location at your address or with a neighbour. If your item is sent by recorded delivery they will leave a card to say they have called, you are given 7 days to collect your parcel from the post office. Please not that if a parcel is returned to us due to the courier/post office not being able to deliver, we will have to charge postage again for us to resend your parcel back to you.

Do you deliver outside the UK and Ireland?
We deliver to overseas locations, but if the listing does not state details then please do contact us. We do not send any items to Italy due to problems with items going missing.

Unfortunately we may have to wait up to 15 working days (or 28 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to replace items that have gone missing, we do not refund items unless we no-longer have them in stock. All items will be replaced.

If you have not received your order within 7-10 working days(depending on 1st or 2nd class), please email aldersonline@hotmail.co.uk, or send us a message through Ebay stating your order number / eBay item reference number so we can look into the delay for you. We will not refund payments if we still have the item in stock, we will arrange a replacement once a claims been made for the lost item which can take upto 14 days. We do not tolerate scammers in any way, they will be reported and tracked to other sellers that have also been scammed.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order from us as well as a "Payment cleared" email from PayPal. Please keep these details safe for your own reference. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to confirm that your items are on their way to you.
What happens if an item I’ve ordered is out of stock?
At the time of listing, all items are in stock and available. However, in rare instances, we may not be able to fulfil an order. In these instances we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware that your item is unavailable and offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies.

Returns
To return goods, simply go to the drop down menu in your item details, and state that you wish to return your item. There is a drop down menu for the reason for the return, then select your given reason from the 5 options stated. There is also a message box for you to send us any information you wish to let us know about, highlighted like this Additional information for the seller
Once we receive this message we will send our acceptance back to you, with our return details for you to follow.
What is Alders of Faversham returns policy?
All goods can be returned to us for a full refund (minus our postage cost) up to 14 days from receiving your item or exchange items within 21 days of purchase providing they are unworn and still complete with packaging.  We cannot accept returns of underwear unless faulty upon receipt, due to hygiene reasons.

Alders of Faversham cannot be held responsible for lost parcels, so always obtain a proof of posting and any adequate insurance cover that maybe needed.

Items purchased for Christmas gifts must be returned to us by January 8th.
if, in the unlikely event, I receive faulty goods, or goods sent in error.
Please don't hesitate to contact us with any problem, we will always do everything we can to resolve any issues you may have concerning any item or questions. Sometimes there may be a problem we were unaware of, in which case we would appreciate your contact so that we can take appropriate action to resolve any concerns you may have.

We don't expect you to pay to return faulty goods, or even goods that have been sent to you in error. We will refund your cost for returning your item back to us, the cost of 2nd class post (please keep your proof of posting)

We will process your return as soon as possible, although we kindly ask you to leave anything up to 14 days for processing due to sometimes being delayed within the postal service. Once your item is received we will refund you within two days minus our postage cost.
