Items are posted daily Mon-Fri,delivery is usually by 1st class or 1st class recorded post dependent on the item value. Some heavier items will be sent by courier (collect plus or hermes) to keep postage costs down. Orders may also be split into separate packages for the same reason. Delivery time is in the hands of the carrier and occasionally delays may occur in their system. If an item is required urgently or for a specific date it is advisable to select the option of special delivery. In the event of non receipt within a reasonable period of time please contact me.
