No. Some Wigs combs at the side of the wig and at the back of the wig which you insert in your hair. Plus all of the wigs come with an adjustable elastic band with hooks which can be used to tighten the wig to make them even more secure.
What is a 3/4 Wig or Halfwig?

Do Wigs look natural?
Todays wigs look very natural and cannot be easily detected as a wig. The Lace Front Wigs and Full Lace Wigs will give you the most natural appearance as the hairlines on these wigs are virtually undetectable
How do I take care of my Synthetic Hair Wig?
Use a mild shampoo & Wash in warm water (not hot!), then put conditioner on the hair
Rinse and leave to dry (curls will bounce right back into shape)
Comb when dry (never when wet)
I personally wouldn't use any curling tongs, straighteners or a hair dryer as these can melt the hair. Which I have done. I would also use a sheen spray to keep it looking vibrant.
How do I care for my Human Hair Wig or Synthetic Wig?
Store on a mannequin head to keep the shape and style.
Refrain from using products with heavy oil bases.
If a wig has been carefully maintained, it should last a minimum of 2 months.
Human hair wigs will last even longer.
To wash: apply a small amount of shampoo, rinse in luke-warm water, do not rub or twist the hair and leave it to drip dry.
How should I have my hair under the Wig?
You can either plait your hair into 2-3 French braids and pin to you head or if you are afro Caribbean cornrow your hair for a flatter finish. Also cover your head with a stocking cap as this will make your hair sit latter on your head.
