Delivery
AcerOffers uses Amtrak Express Parcels for most UK Deliverys, we do not ship outside of the UK, we also do ship to Southern Ireland and some parts of scotland, please email sales@aceroffers.co.uk if you are unsure if we can ship.
Your Order
It is your responsibility to make sure the item(s) you are ordering are 100% compatible with your equipment before ordering, goods ordered incorrectly cannot be returned for credit or replacement.
Goods ordered on trial basis
PC Supplies does not sell any goods or services on a trial basis.
Returns
PC Supplies will repair or replace any faulty item within the manufacturers warranty period. However some products sold for example monitors & printers are covered by a manufacturers on-site warranty – please contact the manufacturer in this case. Customers are advised to obtain proof of posting and are responsible for the cost of returning any item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Acer offers ebay store only accepts PayPal and goods will only be sent to the registered Paypal address.
