Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

  So you’ve chosen your amazing new accessories and you want them
  delivered do you? Well there are two delivery options if you live in
  the UK, and a few more if you’re a little further afield.
 
  *UK Standard 2^nd Class Recorded: £1.50*
 
  Your little package of perfect new bits and pieces will be with you
  in
  *1-3 working days*. If you live further afield in N.Ireland, Scottish
  Highlands, Channel Islands or Isle of Man please give us 5 working
  days to get your order over to you. If you’ve put your order in
  early, before 1pm, we’ll have it packed up and ready to go out the same
day.
  *UK Standard 1st Class Recorded: £2.50*
 
  Your little package of perfect new bits and pieces will be with you
  in
  *3-5 working days*. If you live further afield in N.Ireland, Scottish
  Highlands, Channel Islands or Isle of Man please give us 5 working
  days to get your order over to you. If you’ve put your order in
  early, before 1pm, we’ll have it packed up and ready to go out the same
day.
  *European Standard: £6.95*
 
  It’s not a problem if you live a little further away; we can still
  deliver to you and will have your order delivered within *3-10
  working days*.
 
  If you order before 1pm we can send everything out the very same day.
  If you order on a Saturday or Sunday or after 1pm Friday we will send
  it out to you on the following Monday.
 
  *Rest of the World: £8.95*
 
  For those of you lucky enough to live in far flung places you can
  still get your accessories fix! Delivery will take around *15 working
  days* but to give you a more definite time we will e-mail you as soon
  as your order is shipped out. Alternatively you can e-mail us at
  info@accessoryo.com and we can do our best to give you an estimated
  delivery date. As you aren’t just round the corner though, please be
  aware that although we try our best to get your order to you quickly,
  there can be delays at customs that are out of our control.
 
  */International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and
  customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country
  of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient./*

 

Returns:

  What do I do if I want to return something?
 
 
  Obviously we want you to be completely overjoyed with your new purchase.
  However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any
  items you may return them to us within 7 days by following the
  procedure outlined below.
 
  1. Call us on 0845 872 525 or email info@accessoryo.com to let us know
  you wish to return an item.
  2. We will give you an authorization code and the return address to
  send your parcel to.
  3. Send the item within 7 days in a secure parcel and include a note
  stating your authorization code.
  4. Goods that are sent back us should be done so in their original,
  resalable condition, and will be inspected upon receipt.
 
 
  What will be refunded?
 
 
  * Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on any delivery charges.
  Therefore the amount refunded to your card will be the price of the
  items minus any delivery charges.
  * Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to
  your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of
  our control.
  * Refunds will only be credited to you via the original method of
payment.
 
  What if my goods are faulty?
 
 
  In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will be happy
  to refund you in full. Please follow the same procedure as above.
 
 
  Just a few other things…
 
  For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on certain items.
  These will be identifiable on the eBay so please be aware of this
  when purchasing.
 
  Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them
  back. Therefore please send any returns via a recorded delivery
  service as we cannot accept any responsibility for loss in the post.
