| Q:My item has not arrived ! |

| A:For orders shipped with Royal Mail services the majority of the time the item will be at your local delivery office as the postpeople do not always leave cards. You can find details of your local office on the Royal Mail website. Please note that a delivery office is not the same as a sorting office or a post office. |
| Q:Do you offer a next working day service ? |

| A:Most of our items have a next working day service as the 2nd or 3rd postage option. Please note that we do not ship on Wednesdays or Weekend days. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:We accept returns of faulty & unwanted goods, faulty goods will be replaced once we have recieved the faulty item and unwanted goods will be refunded when we recieve the goods, in either case any postage costs will NOT be refunded. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we combine shipping for most items, simply message us for a price. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Standard handling time is next working day, postage times as follows
Royal mail 1st class - 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 2nd class - 2-5 working days
Royal mail standard parcels - 3-5 working days
Parcelforce48 - 2-3 working days
Other 48hr courier - 2-3 working days
All postage times are approximate and are on top of our handling times. |
| Q:Do you have more in stock than you have on ebay ? |

| A:We Have great stock depth although to advertise multiples of items on ebay is expensive, if you require more than 1 of an item and you only see 1 on ebay the chances are we have more in stock, please message us for details. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Wherever logically possible/affordable we ship worldwide, heavier items are extremely expensive to post and we do not tend to offer this service although it is possible to post heavier items. please message us for more details |
| Q:Do you give discounts for bulk purchases ? |

| A:Bulk discounts are availiable on the majority of our items and can be from 5% to 30% depending on the item and number required. Please message us with bulk buying enquiries as we do not list more than a few of each item due to high ebay costs. |
| Q:Can i collect an item in person ? |
|
| A:Yes, however this is only available on Mondays between 10am and 4pm from our office in Blackley, Manchester. Please contact us before the day you wish to collect so we can arrange a time and have your item brought from our warehouse to our office ready for you. |
