Delivery and Returns
Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. All orders where payment is received by us before 3pm(Monday – Friday excl holidays) are despatched the very same day!

Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and UK holidays. Sorry no pickups are permitted.
Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt.
You will have received a pre-paid postage label with your receipt/item please use this when returning goods.
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered for exchange/refund, these items must be returned to us in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt.
All P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement items (Non-Faulty or wrongly ordered) will be chargeable.
These items must be returned using the pre-paid postage label received with your receipt/item providing it is in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt by you.
Any additional monies due must be paid in advance of us sending an alternative product.
Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.
A Postage and restocking fee will be charged for any unwanted or wrongly ordered items.
