If so you have the choice of waiting or canceling the order and receiving a refund. We receive new stock daily. |

| A:We only supply genuine, original manufacturer items - no copies, Asian releases or bootleg items. Our products are the same as you would expect to buy in any reputable retail store in Australia. |

| A:Yes, as long as the manufacturer has sealed their product. Sometimes we may need to unseal an item to quality check where the product has become loose in the case, but all items are guaranteed brand new. |
