Your rights

 

·         Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days to change your mind about online /mail order purchases. http://bitly.com/14b7k09

·         This does not apply to used items purchased  at auction

·         If you return an item because you have changed your mind or made an error when ordering, I reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 20%

·         All my items are 100% genuine. The law says that you must provide proof that an ijtem you have purchased is fake or not as described. It is against the law to sell fake or counterfeit items and this page tells you what to do if you suspect a seller is offering fake goods.  bitly.com/11TM5cK

·         If you have a problem with an item, please inform me immediately. Do not continue to use the item as you will be deemed to have accepted it and you may not be offered a refund bbc.in/ZKisgA

·         Items must be returned at the buyer's cost, be unused and in the original packaging. Where an item is found to have an inherent fault I reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement in place of a refund.

·         I recommend you return items by recorded delivery, as proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.

·         I cannot accept returns of unsealed or used cosmetics, skincare and  fragrances.  I do not offer returns on used and vintage jewellery or jewellery made to order including rings made to your size

·         Dispatch

·         I aim to dispatch your item within 3 working days of receiving payment.  Please note that I dispatch items – I do not deliver them.

·         P&P is more than the price of a stamp and includes all packaging materials and other expenses; I make no profit from P&P charges.

·         Item Not Received

·         Royal Mail states that 90% of mail arrives at its destination within the time they specify. There are however occasions upon which things may go astray.

·         If you do not receive your item within 7 days, check with your local post office or sorting office, and then contact me

·         If your item has been sent recorded delivery, please ask me for the tracking number.

·         I cannot make any form of recompense until 15 working days have passed as this is the time specified by Royal Mail for making claims.

·         I do not make recompense for items which you have failed to collect from your local sorting office or for which you have failed to arrange redelivery or in cases where you have sent me an incorrect delivery address.

·         If an item is returned to me because you have failed to collect it, you will be charged an additional fee for P&P as it is your responsibility to collect your own mail. If you do not wish to have the item returned to you, I will refund the price of the item but not P&P.

·         Feedback

·          If you have any queries, please contact me via eBay so we can sort it out. We are all human, and everyone makes a mistake now and again.

·         I aim to give 5 star service. If you are pleased with your purchase, please tell others by leaving positive feedback. If you have a query or a problem, please tell me and give me the opportunity to put things right.
