Who will deliver my
item?
All our post is set via Royal Mail
How much is postage?
Postage is calculated by the weight and by the
destination the item is being sent to.
Do you combine
postage?
We offer combined postage discounts on all our sales. The
applicable discount will automatically be calculated and deducted at the
end of the checkout procedure. Discounts are as follows:
UK: Free for any additional items. International: 1.99 per added item
When will my item be
sent?
All our items are dispatched Monday to
Friday. Item will be dispatched once full payment is received.
Payments received before 3pm will be sent the same working day, any payments
received after 3pm will be processed the next working
day.
Do I need to sign for the
item?
All items require a signature on delivery. If
there is no-one available to sign for the item(s) it will be taken to your local
Postal Office and a "While you were out" Card will be left to re-arrange a
delivery or to collect from the Post Office noted on your card.
Do I ship Internationally?
Yes we do send items internationally to Countries all
over the World. Once the item leaves the UK it will be then passed on to
your local Postal Service for delivery
How long will it take for my item to be
delivered?
Our Standard Deliveries will be sent 1st
class (Recorded/Non-Recorded specified on item listing page). Our Express
items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked
Delivery timeframe:
Standard = 1 - 3 working days
(Approximately). Express = Next Day Guaranteed
Our International deliveries will be sent via Airmail(Signed
For/Non-Signed For specified on item listing page). Once the item(s) has
left the UK it will then be passed over to your local Postal Service for
delivery.
Delivery timeframe Europe: 5-7
working days (Approximately). Delivery
timeframe Outside EU / Worldwide: 7-14 working days
(Approximately).
Can I track my item?
All Royal Mail Recorded services will be
sent with an individual reference number. Once the item(s) have been despatched you will receive a despatch
email stating that your item(s) have been shipped. When you next log into
your ebay account you should be able to see the tracking number for the
delivery. If you cannot see the traking number please email us and we will
confirm the number.
1st Class Recorded items
This is not a full trackable door to door
service and the item(s) reference number is only used to confirm that the
item(s) have successfully received the buyer. Once the item has been
signed for the reference will show the time and date that the item was delivered
and the signature for delivery.
Tracked Next Day
This is fully trackable from door-to-door. Once the package
leaves our premises it is scanned and then moved via depots tracked at regular
intervals until it reaches the local depot for delivery. The item will
need to be signed for on receipt to confirm delivery.
International
Signed For items
The item(s) are tracked in the until
it leaves the UK. Once the item(s) have left the UK it is then passed over to
your local postal service where you can track your shipment on your
corresponding Countries postal site.
What to do if my item does
not arrive?
If your item has not arrived we can claim for a lost
item but please note that Royal Mail have a set timeframe in their terms before
we can claim as the item lost. Please see below timeframes for lost item
claims:
15 Working Days: 1st Class Recorded 20 Working Days: International Signed For Airmail -
Europe 25 Working Days: International Signed
For Airmail - Rest of World
