Shipping Details
Do you provide express shipping?
We use Parcelforce for the majority of our UK parcels on a 48 hour service. Options are available to upgrade this to a 24 hour service, but as we can’t guarantee an item will leave 'today' you can't be sure it will arrive ‘tomorrow’ unless you specifically contact us first. Saturday deliveries carry an addition premium, as do pre 9am deliveries. If in doubt - ask. Smaller items often are sent royal mail.
Can I collect the item?
Yes, we accept collection of items by appointment only from our site at Stokesley, North Yorkshire. Please phone us to enquire.
Do you ship pallets?
Larger 'oversized' items, such as engines, gearboxes, seats etc are sent on pallets which do carry a shipping premium. Expect delivery in 2 to 3 days.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship almost anything, to almost anywhere, but please ask us for a quote first as shipping costs abroad can be expensive. We have shipped all over the world, Hong King, USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia. Please note all our prices include a VAT element. This is not discounted for orders outside the EU.
What cant you ship?
Notable exceptions are airbags which cannot be sent via airmail. Also, we cannot ship front or rear screens as they are fragile and cannot be insured during transit
