Payment Options and Warranty

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payments:

Paypal. Please send to enquiry@a8parts.co.uk 

Credit/Debit Cards - Please call us on 01642 710010

Bank Transfer, or direct cash deposit (Natwest)

Postal Orders or cheques to: Prestige Motor Services, 9 Black Horse Lane, Swainby, Northallerton, DL6 3EP

Cash on pre-arranged collection

 

Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear.

 

 

Do you provide a warranty?

On parts, we provide a DOA warranty, unless specified otherwise in the listing. On the very rare occasion where a part may be sent you and it appears to be faulty, after checking with us, return it to us at the address on the supplied invoice, and we will check it and happily replace it for you if found faulty. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund, including the postage you paid. If it is not faulty, you will need to pay for the re-shipping of item. In any event, we wont pay for the shipping of the part back to us.

 

On large items such as Cars, gearboxes, engines etc, we will normally provide a different warranty level. Please check the listing for details.
