What do you do?
We specialise in the supply of parts and retrofit options for Prestige Audi cars. Having started with the flagship A8 models in 2007, and progressing onto other Audi models since, we are in an excellent position to not only supply off the shelf parts, but to fully understand your car, and what your requirements might be. To us, interior trims and wood finishes are just as important as whether the A/C compressor or drive shaft is the correct one, so whether you want new seats, blinds or bose fitting, or just a fresh feel to your cabin, we can probably help.
Once a part has been stocked up in our database and a library photograph taken, it is uploaded to Ebay as part of our store. This is a lengthy process, so please call us if there are any parts you wish us to prioritise for upload
Is the photo a picture of the actual item I will receive?
No, we use a library photo for speed so that we only take a photo of a particular part once. The photo is intended to give an indication of the item for sale, but always check the text to ensure the exact colour and condition of an item and what extras if any come with it.
Do you have a phone number?
Yes we do, you can contact on 01642 710010 Monday to Friday 9 till 5. We don’t open on Saturdays.
Can I come and have a browse for parts?
No, health and safety amongst other reasons prevents the ‘browsing’ of cars for parts. We don’t operate any sort of counter sales service. We supply goods via mail order only, with the occasional pre-arranged collection of purchased parts by appointment.
We don’t take long to strip a car down, so they are often not here to see. We do however know the cars inside out, so rest assured whatever part you need, we will know what you mean, and be able to locate it.
