Guarantee and Returns Policy.
All new goods will be covered by a 12 Month Manufacturers or Importers Guarantee.(Where longer periods of cover are included: This will be indicated on your purchase receipt and/or in description. eg. "Nikon 10 Year Warranty"). Fastest service for warranty returns is often to return direct to the manufacturer / importer but you must include a copy of your sales receipt if you wish to take advantage of this.
Guarantee Conditions: Standard UK Guarantee conditions apply. This does not extend to accidental damage, loss, contamination, tampering, impact, or mis-use etc. You are advised to personally insure your valuable equipment against accidental damage.
Faulty new equipment returned within 30 days of purchase:
Will be replaced with same, where available (Subject to Guarantee conditions - above).
We advise all customers to test any product purchased within 30 days of purchase. If a replacement is not available and a refund is requested; we will refund the full purchase price of the product opon it's return.
New equipment becoming faulty after 30 Days:
(Subject to Guarantee conditions) Will be repaired, replaced or refunded at makers / importers descretion. We may ask you to send the product direct to the service center to provide you with a quicker resolution.
Service stock, returns stock and Used equipment
Warranty (if any) will be stated in the item description. All refurbished stock has a warranty of between 90 days and 6 Months. Most used equipment is usually auctioned with a simple 7 day return if not happy offer only. Do not return used equipment purchases direct to the makers or importers/
After 7 days, unless by prior and special arrangement: Unwanted goods will not be accepted back. A re-listing, administration and re-stocking fee of 10% will be applied should we accept an item back. In such cases, postage charges will not be refunded. Returned product must be complete as supplied and unused.
Within 7 days: Please contact us within 7 days or use eBay's new returns system. Providing goods are returned as supplied and are unused, we will fully refund the item and postage costs charged.

It is your obligation to pack securely, insure (registered post) and return any product in good condition. Replacements (where available) will be returned to you, at our expense with equal care and consideration.
