All the products we sell are brand new UK factory sealed and come with a full manufacturer’s warranty.

 
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

 When your order arrives please keep all packaging, booklets and accessories and open it as carefully as possible in case there is a problem. Please test your new item when it arrives and make sure there are no faults or problems. If it is a gift, to be given at a later date, we still recommend opening and testing it on receipt.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item develops or is delivered with a fault please contact us immediately with the information below;

For some techinical issues you may want to first contact the manufacturer. Their contact details are normally found in the instruction booklet or are available on their website. They normally have trained staff who can quickly diagnose and resolve any issues.

UNWANTED ITEMS

You may return an unused item within 7 days for a refund or an alternative product.

We will then issue a Returns Number and instructions on returning the item. The customer pays all return shipping.

 
The item must be repackaged exactly as you received it with all manuals, leads accessories etc. The item must be unused with no marks or damage and it must be able to be resold.

If these criteria are not met we will return the item to you.
