WILL I GET MY ITEM IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?

-We try to ship all orders on a next working day service in the run up to Christmas but the the nearer we get to Christmas day the higher the risks. All UK retailers have the same problem and no UK retailer, if they were being honest, would guarantee to deliver in time. If you order with us we will do our very best to get your order to you in time but if you would leave negative feedback if your order did not arrive for Christmas please do not place your orders with our company. You can see from our feedback we are very helpful and offer a very fast and reliable service but things do go wrong -couriers can lose parcels/ run out of time to deliver/ not find the address/ nobody in etc - these are rare but human error can be a factor.  

UK Mainland Delivery

In theory if you order on 22nd December you can still get your item delivered on the 23rd but the nearer you get to Christmas the more chance something could go wrong so please try and order as soon as possible. Couriers will still be operating on 23rd but they will probably be very busy and therefore more likely to make mistakes - some may even make last minute deliveries on the 24th to clear backlogs. I would say Tuesday 20th is probably the last safe day that we could make Christmas delivery. After that it is getting slightly more risky each day.

These are things we can do to help your parcel arrive in time

-fill in your work address in the ebay checkout - couriers are more likely to deliver and there is more likely to be someone there and also you dont have to wait around for delivery.

-Please supply a full address and phone number on your order - if you live somewhere that couriers have had problems finding in the past then please let us know any details for the drivers. House numbers are always better than house names.

-We will supply tracking information for each order as soon as it is available.

-Once you have your tracking number please keep an eye on your tracking details  - if it looks like something is not right let us know straight away - the sooner we know the sooner we can put it right.

-You can also call the couriers direct if they have not delivered or there are any problems.

Ireland/ Off mainland

I would say the 19th is probably the cut off for Christmas delivery - although I would try and get your orders in before this if possible.

Christmas Opening Times

We will be operating over the Christmas period but on some days it will be with reduced hours and parcels may not be shipped. We will answer questions, deal with problems and process some orders in this time. Any faults or problems please let us know straight away and we will do our best to sort these out - but please be patient as we do not have the access to our suppliers etc as we would normally.

Couriers will be operating on 22/23/24/ then there will be limited services on 28/29/30th and then normal service will resume 3/4th/etc - in theory if you ordered on Christmas day your order could be despatched 28th and might get to you on 29th for example - although couriers are operating they are not operating at 100% and some items will need to be despatched on the 3rd January so please check before ordering if you need your item before the 4.1.12. Also it will depend heavily on the weather over the holiday period.

PLEASE NOTE: Our next day delivery promise is suspended from 23rd December until 4th January - although we will do our best to get items shipped out to you.

Friday 23rd  - office OPEN / shipping as normal on most items / delivery likely to be made 29th December.

26th/27th - BANK HOLIDAY - will try and answer queries but may be a delay in response / warehouse -  closed /couriers - not operating

28th/29th/30th - office - will be answering queries but some delays/ warehouse - some orders will be shipped / couriers - should be delivering

Monday 2nd - BANK HOLIDAY - will try and answer queries but may be a delay in response / warehouse -  closed /couriers - not operating

Tuesday 3rd - OPEN AS NORMAL

Warranties/ Faults

If you are buying an item for a present we would advise you open and test it when it arrives - the sooner you let us know of any faults the sooner we can start trying to sort them out.
