Customer Satisfaction Promise
You may return any unused item for a full credit within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in brand new, completely unused condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and any promotional items. Items that have been used are not returnable for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 calendar days from the original date that the item was paid for, and we must receive the item no later than 15 days from the RMA issue date.
Exception: International Purchasers will not be refunded the original shipping charges.
Exception: Bounce houses / inflatables cannot be returned for any reason once they have been inflated.

Buyer's Remorse
If you change your mind or decide not to purchase after you have already paid for an item, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to stop the shipment of your item. If the item has already shipped, or cannot be stopped, simply refuse the item at the time of delivery. Upon our stoppage or return receipt of the item, you will be issued a full refund less the original and return shipping expenses. If the item was sold with free shipping, then the cost listed online at USPS or UPS for that item's weight, size, and destination will be charged as the original shipping amount. This policy will also apply to any items refused at delivery in which were not first contacted, and any international items in which the Purchaser fails to clear customs for any reason.

Shipping Damage
If upon receipt of your purchase you see visible damage, or suspect concealed-damage, you must notify the shipping carrier at the time of delivery, however DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY; doing so will cause shipping charges to be incurred and limit our ability to help you. If you have not purchased insurance, shipping damage is not covered, however please email us anyway; we can offer help in many cases. If you have purchased insurance, please immediately notify us of the damage and we will assist in processing the claim. You must retain the original packaging, and please note that the product may need to be inspected for claim approval. All shipping damage claims, including concealed-damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the item’s delivery. Any claim reported after that period will not be honored.

Dead on Arrival
In the rare event that your items arrives in non-working order (DOA), return the item to us, and upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will replace the item, or issue a full refund at our discretion. In order for an item to be considered DOA, Purchaser must inspect and test the item and notify us of any DOA claim within 72 hours of the item’s initial delivery. We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for the item’s return. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories and any promotional items. Purchaser will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. We reserve the right to inspect and test all DOA merchandise. If the returned merchandise tests functional, then Purchaser’s will be responsible for return shipping costs back to them, otherwise we will pay for return shipping of the replacement. (International Purchasers will be responsible for all shipping charges, back and forth) Cosmetic blemishes or missing/broken parts on any item do not qualify for free DOA return shipping, as replacement parts for almost all items are available.

Limited Warranty Terms
Exercise equipment & inversion tables: Moving and stationary parts are warranted for the initial 60-days, with a $0.00 deductible / no charge, except for shipping as noted above. Tears or cuts in any material are excluded. The remainder of the warranty terms covers frames only. Frames are covered for the remainder of the term against cracking and weld separation only. Rusting is excluded as we have no control how the item is stored.
Underwater sea scooters: No warranties of any kind, other than being warranted against DOA arrivals, in which case the DOA policy above will apply. We must be contacted within 72 hours of receipt of the unit for any exchanges or defective returns. Since these items are used underwater, they must be properly sealed and assembled prior to use. Failure to properly seal the Sea Scooter, will result in a water breach which will void the 72 hour DOA warranty.
Bounce houses / inflatables: Blowers are covered against defective motors only. Plastic items and cords are not covered. Never use a damaged blower, never use a blower in a wet area, and always use GFCI protected circuits for any electrical item used outdoors. The bouncer material is warranted for 90-days against manufacture’s defects in assembly. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at sellers desecration. Warranty does not include shipping. Punctures, tears and splits caused by use or abuse are not covered, although a patch kit is provided. Bouncers should never be stored wet or in direct sunlight as this will damage the material and render the bouncer unsuitable for use. In addition, bouncers cannot be returned for any reason once they have been inflated. Please note, bouncers used for commercial or rental purposes will hold a 30 day warranty only.
Detox Machines: All items (excluding arrays) are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year days from the date of purchase.
Additional warranty terms - all items: All time periods given are in calendar days. There are no warranties, express or implied, beyond the time periods as given. If a warranty time period is not specified in the listing, then there is no warranty offered for that item. Unless noted otherwise, warranty shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Purchaser, and any deductibles & return shipping to the Purchaser must be paid before the repaired or replacement item will be shipped. We will determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a manufacturing defect. Cosmetic flaws such as scratches or dings will not be considered as manufacturing defects, and are not covered. Requests for warranty coverage must include a clear copy of your original invoice. Purchaser modification, misuse, abuse, negligence or use of items for commercial purposes will void this warranty. Promotional, free items, and items that have been marked "as/is" "no-returns" or "no-warranty" in the listing / advertisements are also excluded from warranty. All warranties cover parts only; labor is specifically excluded. In all cases, our warranty liability is limited to the cost of the item, exclusive of shipping cost value.

General Terms
For questions regarding our return policy, or to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us at service@zippywellness.com. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. The RMA number must be inside the shipping carton of the returned item, but must not be written on the product's factory packaging. Please also include a description of the problem. To protect against damage, please ensure the returned merchandise is packaged in its original packaging material. All returns must be received by us no later than 15 days from the RMA issue date. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment, within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. There will be a charge for missing or damaged parts and/or packaging. Used items are not returnable, however in some cases we may agree to accept a used return; in this case, restocking and/or other fees may apply. Please note that time periods given are firm, and exceptions cannot be made.
