The following sets of Cool Blocks are available.  Olson does not provide any additional application guide for the Cool Blocks, so you may need to measure the guides in your saw and compare with the detailed dimensions given.  If you don't find one that is exact, you may find one that is close enough to fit with minor resizing.

CB50000 contains 4 guide blocks, 3 are 1/2 inch square x 3/4 inch length with 90 degree ends, and 1 is 1/2 inch x 3/8 inch x 1 inch length with 45 degree ends.  Fits Delta 14 inch band saws.

CB50010 (also listed by Olson as CB5001) contains 4 guide blocks 3/8 inch square x 3/4 inch length with 90 degree ends.  Fits Sears 12 inch tilting table band saws, Skil 10 inch HD3640, and Dremel 10 inch 1120 band saws.  Caution - These do not fit the Sears 12 inch tilting head band saw (which requires guides with a milled slot and an angled end).  Olson does not make Cool Blocks for this saw.

CB50030 (also listed by Olson as CB5003) contains 4 guide blocks, 2 are 3/8 inch square x 1 inch length with one 90 degree end and one 45 degree end, and 2 are 3/8 x 1/4 inch x 1-1/2 inch length with one 45 degree end and one compound 45 degree end.  Fits Shopsmith band saws.

CB50050 contains 4 guide blocks 1/2 inch square x 3/4 inch length with 90 degree ends.  Fits most 14 inch band saws including Sears Craftsman, Jet, Grizzly, General, Reliant and Ridgid.

CB50055 contains 4 round guide blocks 12 mm (0.472 inch) diameter x 3/4 inch length with 90 degree ends.  Fits 14 inch, 16 inch and 18 inch imported band saws using round guides.

CB50070 contains 4 guide blocks 5/16 inch square x 3/4 inch length with 90 degree ends.  Fits Delta 10 inch 28-140, 12 inch 28-190, and 16 inch 28-560 and Jet 12 inch JBS12 band saws.

CB50080 (also listed by Olson as CB5008) contains 4 round guide blocks 3/16 inch diameter x 3/4 inch length with 90 degree ends.  Fits Hitachi CB6Y and 8 inch Delta 28-180 and 28-185 and 10 inch 3 wheel bench top band saws including Delta 28-160 and 28-180 and 8 inch 2 wheel band saws such as Sears, K-Mart, Ohio Forge, ProTech and Builder's Square.

CB50085 contains 4 guide blocks, 2 are 13/64 inch square x 13/16 inch length with 90 degree ends, and 2 are 13/64 inch square x 1 inch length with 45 degree ends.  Fits 9 inch 2 wheel band saws such as Ryobi, Black and Decker, Sears Craftsman, Pro-Tech, Trademaster, Collins and others.  Ryobi saws may require you to trim the Cool Blocks slightly to fit.  Please note that some Delta 9 inch 2 wheel band saws require all 4 guide blocks have 90 degree ends, if so you will need to cut 2 of them to give them 90 degree ends. 

Cool Blocks blade guides extend the life of your band saw blade and improve blade performance by preventing tooth damage and heat build-up.  The metal to metal contact made by metal guide blocks creates heat and friction which cause premature blade wear and breakage.  Cool Blocks are made from Graphite Impregnated Phenolic Laminate, a non-metallic composite material which contains three synthetic dry lubricants that lubricate the blade but do not make it oily.  Cool Blocks lubricate the blade while holding it in proper alignment for more accurate scroll and straight cuts.  Cool Block blade guides allow blades to run cooler and last longer with less friction.
