You may return items sold to you by Zero Zero within 14 days of receipt for exchange or a refund for the cost of the item only. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of a Zero Zero error. Zero Zero advises you to send your return via signed for or tracked services. Kindly include a note including your name, Buyer ID and reason for return. Please ensure that goods are returned in a fully saleable condition, unmarked and unwashed, with labels attached and in original packaging. Zero Zero simply can’t refund or exchange a garment that we consider to be soiled, this includes items returned smelling strongly of cigarette smoke or food.
