Our Postage Policy
TextWe dispatch all paid items same or next day Monday to Friday.
We do not dispatch weekends or Bank Holidays.
Free post items are sent Second Class Recorded Delivery. All other items are sent First Class Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail.
Delivery times for second class is usually 2-3 days, and for first class 1-2 days.
Next Day Delivery is available at a small extra charge, please select the option when ordering. If no option appears to be available please email us for assistance.
Large Orders: We have a maximum postage charge of £10 in the UK. Large orders are sent via courier (not Royal Mail).By sending large orders via alternative courier we can pass on the savings.
If you wish us to send large orders via Royal Mail please email us before making payment.
Overseas customers should email us to make postal arrangements and a revised postal charge.
All items can be tracked via the Royal Mail website. If you require a tracking number please mail us.
Undelivered Items returned to us by the Royal Mail will incur additional charges to resend. Please check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office if items appear late in delivery. It may be awaiting your collection.
