Who are we.

We are an eBay division of Ayrshire Motor Factors based in the South West of Scotland. We are an eBay Powerseller and are PayPal verified. This means you can buy with confidence knowing you will be in safe hands and we will help you all the way, including aftersales! Some sellers switch off after feedback has been left and have no interest after that. We offer aftersales assistance to make sure you get the best from the product you have bought.

Zombie-Cars is manned by experienced staff who have been in the motor trade for over 35 years. We have experts in motor factoring and in aftermarket accessories.

What can we offer.

Zombie-cars aim is to supply you good quality products at affordable prices and quickly. We know what it can be like trying to get time to visit the local highstreet shops, getting parked or getting away from your work. We can take the hassle away and deliver direct and quickly to you door.We are carefully building up listings of items you really need and not just clearing out old stock (although we will do this from time to time). We will be selling tried, tested and trusted brands from all over the world like Haynes, QH, FAI, Euro-Flow Exhausts, Stebel, Meguiars, Autoglym, JB Weld and introducing and promoting new and exciting brands like X-1R , Ricardo Stripes, Ultra Auto Cosmetics Bulbs, Trupart Wipers, and Silvatec Bulbs.

Like all sellers, we can't stock or list everything that we do all the time, so if there is something you are looking for and can't find then let us know. We will do our best to supply you whatever you want.

We also have a vehicle registration database so we can make sure that the parts you are buying are suitable for your needs.

How quick will you get your order.

All our UK postal orders are sent Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class Recorded delivery. We have had problems in the past with orders going astray so we will only send this way. It gives peace of mind that your order will be trackable. All International postal orders are sent Royal Mail Air Mail small packages and all large 24 hour deliveries are sent via a mixture of TNT, City-Link and other reputable couriers. We package all our items ourselves and take great care to make sure there is sufficient packaging and labeling to protect your parcel on route to you. We do, however, accept that damages can occur. We only ask you let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. Feedback should always be the last thing done once a transaction is fully complete.

We are proud of our service and will always do our best to sort any mistakes (which can happen), damaged items or delays in the post.

What do you need to do.

All we would ask is to remember to leave feedback once you have recieved your order and are fully happy with it. This will allow other members of the eBay community to see we are a trusted seller and also lets us know you have recieved your order. Positive feedback is automatically sent to you once feedback has been left for us. If EVERYBODY leaves feedback (good or bad) then EVERBODY on eBay will benefit.
