| A:Full refund if the item is significantly NOT as described in the listing. Notify me via e-mail within 5 days of receipt. Return the item with Delivery Confirmation/Tracking within 10 days of receipt, with all tags/enclosures intact. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Most certainly! I will combine shipping for all items that can be safely shipped together, if won within a 5 day period. Payment must be made in ONE single transaction. For items with calculated shipping, total weight, plus packaging, will determine the shipping/handling. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I send an e-mail when your item(s) have shipped. It's then up to the shipping company, U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service. International shipments will take longer, as they need to go through Customs. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Absolutely! Send me an e-mail for a quote, otherwise, the shipping and handling will be approximately $1.00 to $5.00 in addition to the USPS postage. Buyers are responsible for all Customs duties, taxes, fees imposed by their country. I do NOT automatically mark the Customs forms as "gifts". |
