Please make sure you contact us prior to returning any goods as we will not accept any returns back without a returns form which we will provide you.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
All other items must be returned within 7 days in its original unused condition (including packaging), a restocking fee will be applied. Returns of this nature requires YouWantWeHave Authorisation.
Issues regarding compatibility should be resolved before purchasing. YouWantWeHave will not be held responsible once goods have been purchased.
