We understand that online shopping can be tricky so we've made the return process easy.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, simply return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 100 days from the date of order.
We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.

- You can return your purchase for up to 100 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Refund will be based on the purchase price. Shipping fee and gift wrapping fee are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is FREE if you live in Australia.

Returns Process
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
- Download and fill out this Easy Returns Form. You'll need the packing slip you received with your order.
- Pack all items with the Easy Returns Form in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
- Cut and affix the return paid address section from the Easy Returns Form to your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label.
- We'll issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive your return.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects.
In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, simply return the products to us for replacement.

Returning an item you received as a gift

Gift returns are confidential.
If the item was a gift we will refund your gift with a shopping voucher sent to your email address.
To return or exchange your gift, please follow the "Returns Process" above depending on the reason for return.
