Damaged or Not As Described
If an item is found to be damaged or not as described, on receipt please notify us and return it to us within 14 days with it's original packaging. We will either replace it if another copy is available, or we will refund you including the postage you paid upon receipt of your return.

Returns for other reasons
If you are returning item(s) that are not faulty or damaged, they MUST be in the condition that you received them in. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of item(s). In these circumstances we will refund the original invoiced value of the auction, but we will not refund the return postage.

We fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations and the Electronic Commerce Regulations as required by law and by eBay as a registered business, as well as all other related acts and laws.
