REFUNDS
If you are unsatisified with your purchase I will resolve the issue with you, or refund your money (including shipping) when you return the item in the same condition you received it. To qualify for a refund, you must notify me within 7 days of receiving the item.
SHIPPING
I SHIP VIA UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. I charge a $1.25 handling/materials fee for each package shipped. This charge is INCLUDED in the quoted shipping rate.
U.S. Shipping
Standard
ALL SHEETS are INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED with cardboard backing and plastic sleeves and mailed in a STIFF CARDBOARD envelope.
For standard sized sheets, shipping is $3 for First Class Mail for the first sheet and $.50 for each additional sheet in the same package. Packages containing more than 2 sheets will be shipped via Media Mail.
For large format sheets, shipping is $2.75 for Media Mail or $3.50 for First Class Mail for the first sheet and $.50 for each additional sheet in the same package.
Priority Mail, including Delivery Confirmation is available for $5 (plus $.50 for additional backing boards.) Insurance is optional.
Economy
This is for MULTIPLE sheets in the same package. Sheets are not individually packaged, but are shipped in a stiff cardboard envelope. Shipping for these sheets is $3 Media Mail NO MATTER HOW MANY YOU PURCHASE. Priority Mail is available for $2 extra. Insurance is optional.
