Every item I sell has PROOF OF POSTAGE, this means I have ABSOLUTE proof that the item has been sent out to the buyer, and, incase of quantity disputes, the weight of the item sent.
I am NOT responsible for replacing items lost in the post UNTIL a lost item dispute has been RESOLVED with Royal Mail, this can only be activated 15 WORKING DAYS after the item is posted.
