UNWANTED ITEMS / CANCELLATIONS
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 7 working days after receiving your order, and we will provide all of the details you require to return your goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned in NEW, UNDAMAGED, PACKAGED condition. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyer’s expense and they must be returned to us within 7 working days of you receiving them. Please note that we do not refund postage & packaging costs.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
Please note that we are not a shop and offer these items as an auction.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery date. You will be provided with a returns number which must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returns number. You must take reasonable care of the item while in your possession. If you are returning a damaged item or an item sent in error, please return it via 2nd class delivery. Please note we do not reimburse the cost of Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or Tracked Delivery.
ITEMS LOST OR NOT RECEIVED
If your item is not received within the allotted time, determined by the postage method selected, we will attempt to locate your item for you if you have contacted us through the Ebay messaging system (NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR ITEM SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED) notifying that your item hasnt been received AND you have contacted your local sorting office (not post office), to see if it has had an attempted delivery and they are holding it there for you. You can arrange for a suitable delivery time for your item to be delivered, or if you are not in to accept the package, visit your local sorting office and pick it up in person. Please be advised that they don't always leave a card.
IF WE HAVN'T RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ITEM BEING DISPATCHED, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOUR ITEM IS WITH YOU.
WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY PAYMENTS IF WE HAVE HAD NO CONTACT WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED UNLESS THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US AS UNDELIVERED.
Our prices quoted do not cover any bounced cheques. If a cheque payment is returned to us by our bank, then we will add the bank charges onto your outstanding balance. If a cheque does not clear, then an alternative method of payment is required in cleared funds within 7 working days, if the payment does not arrive, we will take legal action to recover the money outstanding
Delivery will be made via Royal Mail standard 2nd class service unless 1st class, recorded delivery, Special delivery, or Other Courier are selected. We reserve the right to send heavy Special Delivery orders via a next day courier service. We will cover the extra cost if items require courier delivery, where special delivery has been selected. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be carded, Royal Mail will hold items for 1 week, before they are returned to us. If items have gone out via courier and they are returned to us, then you will be liable for the return costs. If items are required to be resent, then you will be liable to repay the p&p
PHOTOGRAPHS AND IMAGES
All photographs are taken of our products as soon as they arrive and before they are available for auction. These images are for representation only and are correct when our auctions are first launched. Our suppliers may, from time to time, change the design or colour slightly. This is beyond our control. As the images are for representation only, we reserve the right to send an item that differs slightly from the one pictured.
