Returns Policy:
I will accept a return if you simply change your mind within 7 working days after the date of delivery. You will get a refund on the original item LESS postage costs (UK buyers) or charges (Overseas buyers) already spent on posting your item(s). You must pay for the cost of returning the item. If you wish to return your purchase, please e-mail me first, quoting your order number. Goods must be returned in their original unused/unopened condition.
If I make a mistake with your order, I will refund you in full including the original postage and packaging charges, and return postage.
Posting time:
Please note that I DO NOT post on weekends, all items are aimed to be posted within 2 working days after payment received/cleared.
I post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders received and paid for before 10am on my posting days are normally posted on the same day.
Delayed Delivery:
A Certificate of Posting is always obtained. Under an unlikely event where your item(s) is delayed, the Royal Mail does not allow claims to be made until 15 working days after the expected delivery date (25 working days from the date of posting for International posts) have lapsed.
If the item is delayed more than 7 days from the date of posting (International posts may vary), you must check with your local sorting office first before contacting me to see if your item(s) is waiting to be collected/arranged for delivery. Please note that not every postman leaves a 'while you were out' card!
Undelivered Orders:
Any orders returned to me by the Royal Mail due to 'unknown address', 'unknown addressee' and 'not collected' will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus postage and packaging costs already spent on sending the goods.
