- Please feel free to ask any questions before
you buy and we will be more than happy to help.
- All payment is to be made by PayPal only.
- Pictures are shown for illustration purposes
only, packaging or product colour may vary from the image shown.
- All the items we sell are fully compatible with
UK consoles, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
- Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours
(excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
- UK delivery takes aproximately 1-4 days (this
is dependant on the service you choose). International orders will take
longer depending on location. Delivery times are down to Royal Mail, we
are not responsible for this.
- The delivery address cannot be changed after
payment is completed. Items will be sent to the address given by your
PayPal receipt.
- High value items such as consoles can only be
sent to a verified PayPal address. This cannot be changed under any
circumstances.
- By buying this item you confirm that you are
over 18 years of age.
Please note the following regarding the Free Postage
Insurance that we offer:
- All items despatched within the UK come
complete with free postage insurance, subject to Royal Mail's terms and
conditions. Any item that is not recieved by the purchaser for which a
claim is processed with Royal mail, is subject to Royal Mail's
enforcement of their terms and conditions. Royal Mail's decision is
final with regard to any compmensation payment offered.
- If an item has been lost in the post to UK
mainland, we are unable to take any action until 15 working days (3
weeks) from the date of despatch. For items despatched to addresses
outside the UK we are unable to take action until 25 working days (5
weeks) from date of despatch.
- Any claim submitted can take 4-8 weeks to
conclude or longer from the date of the claim being submitted.
- This is a unique service we offer. Very few
Ebay sellers offer this service of claiming for missing post purely
because it is a long process. We are committed to give a high quality,
speedy service and will continue to offer this service for the future to
give our customers peace of mind and confidence when buying from us.
RETURNS POLICY
If your item is defective please email us using
the "Contact Member" link at the top of this page and full explain the
problem. Please keep all the original packaging. If the item was
purchased by mistake we will glady refund the purpchase price of the
item (excluding P&P costs as this is a service) as long as the item is
unopened, in its original packaging and both the packaging and item is
not damaged. Please use the contact link above for agreement prior to
returning the item. Any sealed games will not be accepted back if opened
unless they are faulty or defective. None faulty items must be returned
within 14 days from receipt.
