How We Inform You of Shipments
Your business is very important to us, and we know how important it is to keep you updated on the progress of your package.
These are automatic--they are generated from Paypal directly. If you pay by money order, then we tag your auction status as "Paid" when we receive payment.
These are generated by our shipping software (NOT BY eBAY!), and are sent to your email address on record with eBay. These will have a tracking, Delivery Confirmation, or Customs ID number (depending on the type of shipment) included as well as a shipment date. These emails are generated as a batch process at the end of each day.
IF you have a spam filter (or use Gmail, AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, or other similar service), there's a good chance these shipping confirmations can end up in your junk filter.
You should add our domain (xshobby.com) to your "Good" list, or specifically you can add "email@example.com" to your "Good" list. If you haven't heard from us about your shipment, PLEASE check your spam filter first--chances are that the email is waiting for you there.
