Delivery How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free of charge. You will not have to pay a penny. How do you deliver? Purchases are sent by our designated courier – for safe, secure, signed-for deliveries to your door. Where do you deliver to? We deliver within the UK only. This includes the Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man.

How long will delivery take?

Our offices and warehouse operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm; excluding weekends and bank holidays. We aim to get your purchase despatched from our warehouse within 2 working days of your order being accepted. Once despatched, you’ll receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm; excluding weekends and bank holidays. We normally expect next day courier delivery, though you’ll understand once at item leaves our warehouse, we can’t guarantee the delivery standards of the courier service provider.

Please note: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, these cannot be guaranteed, as occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control e.g. adverse weather conditions, an incomplete delivery address. We will inform you if we become aware of an issue with delivery of your order, and do everything that we can to get your order to you.

Problem with your order?

Can I change delivery method?

Unfortunately we are unable to change our standard delivery process or accept specific, individual delivery requirements. Customers are advised to ensure the delivery name and address details are complete and correct at the point of purchase.

What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?

If you are not home to sign for delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.

These are busy periods for retailers and the postal services.
