 | Q: Where is my stuff? |

 | A: We pack your item within 8 hours after receiving payment. Then it is collected by the Royal Mail on the next pickup, Monday – Friday @ 2pm.
We’ll send you an email when we do this.
UK packets take 3-5 working days. We cannot accelerate the postal service.
