Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments by calling us at 888-423-8972.

PayPal:

Our goal is to make checkout even easier for you! That's why we are proud to accept PayPal through the eBay secure checkout system. This allows you to save time and effort by using the confirmed shipping and billing information you have stored with PayPal.

For your security, our system will only allow shipping to your PayPal confirmed billing address.

Please be careful of the funding source that you select when making a PayPal payment. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated.

Sales Tax:

State law requires that we charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas.

Payment Terms:

All items must be paid for within 7 days of the end of the listing. If you are bidding on multiple items and need more than 7 days to complete payment, please be sure to contact us. If an item remains unpaid for 14 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with eBay to recoup our eBay fees and will, ultimately, release the product back into our inventory for re-sale.

Domestic Shipping
Order Processing:
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our main distribution location in Lewisville, Texas. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 9:00am CST are shipped the same business day.

Continental United States:
FedEx Ground and USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail are our standard shipping method within the Continental Orders require 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility.

Tracking Your Package:
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This email is generated at the close of business day and will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer package tracking at this time; so USPS shipments will not be trackable.

Customer Pickups:
You are welcome to pickup your order at our Lewisville facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm CST. If you complete payment for your order by 10pm CST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. Texas sales tax of 8.25% will also be applied to all pickups. 

International Shipping
We love our international customers and we’re happy to ship to you wherever you live! Please bear in mind that, while we do everything in our power to get the package to you on time, certain things remain out of our control with international shipping (e.g., customs delays etc.). Please keep this in mind when rating our shipping!

Shipping Method:

We ship all items USPS International First Class Mail or USPS International Priority Mail depending on weight. Neither one of these methods allow for tracking of the package although it is a very reliable service and we do insure the items we send. In our experience, 2-3 weeks is the average transit time for USPS but packages regularly take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility. USPS shipments are fully insured but they are not trackable at this time.


Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from X10 Warehouse includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping, and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.


Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.



Return/Warranty
Shipping Mishaps:
What has the shipping company done for you?...if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it.  We insure all of our items for the full purchase price.

If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Condition Related Returns:
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our very best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original winning price.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in "New", "Open Box, Canceled Orders" or "Like New" condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a reduced refund value. The reduced value will be determined after our inspection of the club to determine the level of use. You will be notified of the reduced refund value after inspection and before a refund is issued.

Warranty:
We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied.  As we are a reseller of X10 products we must adhere to the warranty policies dictated by X10. Please click here for X10 warranty policies. We DO NOT take responsibility for any damages that may be incurred to other components in reference to any warranty claim.

Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email (info@x10-warehouse.biz) to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:

• All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
• A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may be applicable.
• Refund will be calculated as follows*:
[Original sales price + any applicable sales tax – any applicable restocking fee]
• Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the item.

* Upon inspection, if we determine that the item was inaccurately condition rated or described, we will issue you a complete refund, including original and return shipping.

30 Day Risk Free Guarantee

All orders from X10 Warehouse may be returned within 30 days for a refund. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please contact us by email (info@x10-warehouse.biz) to receive your RMA # before returning an item.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned.

X10 Warehouse is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since X10 Warehouse cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
