| A:We have been in the retail business for over 25 years, and will give you 100% genuine products at bargain prices. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we do, if you have purchased more than one item, we will send you an ammended invoice with the new postage costs. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We endeavour to post items within 24 hours of payment being made, however there may be some instances where items will be dispatched a day later as we have stock in Oldham and Liverpool, therefore can take an extra day to dispatch.

| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:This depends on the item, some items are heavier than other therefore cost more, however most items will cost £5.00. |

| A:As our items are are sold both in our shops and on eBay, there may be an instance where the item cannot be shipped, if this is the case you will be fully refunded and informed of this.
