 Q: As a new seller, what can you offer me?
  A: We have been in the retail business for over 25 years, and will give you 100% genuine products at bargain prices.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes we do, if you have purchased more than one item, we will send you an ammended invoice with the new postage costs.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We endeavour to post items within 24 hours of payment being made, however there may be some instances where items will be dispatched a day later as we have stock in Oldham and Liverpool, therefore can take an extra day to dispatch. If this is the case, you shall be informed via e-mail.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: This depends on the item, some items are heavier than other therefore cost more, however most items will cost £5.00.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes we do. All our items are available for International shipping.
 Q: As a new seller, what confidence can you give me that I shall receive my goods?
  A: As our items are are sold both in our shops and on eBay, there may be an instance where the item cannot be shipped, if this is the case you will be fully refunded and informed of this. I can appreciate that as new sellers our feedback score isn't high, but you can view our feedback to feel safe in that knowledge that your item will be dispatched
 Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
  A: We accept PayPal, personal cheques and postal orders. Please email us if you are intending to send a postal order or a personal cheque.
