Returns Policy
All my garments and accessories are direct from the factory approved outlet and have the labels removed, partly cut, marked through with pen or stamped to prevent store returns. I pride myself on carefully selecting the garments and accessories I sell but will exchange or make a refund including P&P costs for any item that is faulty or not as described. Items bought as Buy It Now which are as described and not faulty that are returned will be refunded less postage costs. Please notify me immediately upon receipt of any such item and return it within fourteen days of purchase obtaining proof of posting.
I make every effort to describe and display as accurately as possible the colours of the items I am selling. Because the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. If in doubt please contact me before bidding. I will not give refunds for auction items because they do not exactly match the colour of the photo, do not fit or because you do not like them. However, I will give consideration to any concerns you may have and take appropriate action in order to maintain good customer relations.
This Returns Policy has been prepared with reference to advice, guidelines and policies provided at various times by eBay and does not affect your statutory rights. Your full rights may be found in the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Payment

I only accept payment by PAYPAL from international buyers. If you have any queries regarding payment or postage please contact me before bidding. International buyers note that you are responsible for the payment of all taxes, customs duties, fees etc. associated with international transactions.
I would normally expect to receive payment or to have reached an agreement regarding payment within seven days of the end of an auction or on completion of a Buy It Now. Failure to send payment, email or phone me within seven days may result in my having to start an Unpaid Item Dispute in order to recover my ebay fees and to be able to relist the item.
It should be noted that echeques take up to ten working days to clear and bank cheques can take up to six working days to clear. If you pay by echeque or bank cheque I wait for notification from Paypal or the bank that payment has cleared before dispatching the goods. If you want your item quickly payment made using a registered credit or debit card via PAYPAL is immediate.
Postage and Packing
I do give postage discounts for multiple purchases. Sometimes these purchases may occur several days apart. Providing you contact me I am willing to send items separately, when payment has cleared, and will apply the postage discount to the final invoice. I would always suggest considering taking out the optional additional insurance for items with a value that is in excess of £36.00. I will always select the most cost effective way of mailing your items without compromising security.
I dispatch goods within twenty four hours of your payment having cleared with the exception of Sundays and Bank Holidays. I always use the appropriate Royal Mail First Class service. I always use new and correct packaging for the items I have sold. The charge I make for postage takes account of the cost of new packaging, Royal Mail costs and the time involved. |
